It's getting harder to plan things out

I don’t know what happened, but I feel it’s much harder to plan things with my friends. It wasn’t always like this. Maybe I’m a bad friend. Maybe I’m getting older and everyone is getting busier.

I guess I’m just nostalgic to a time when I could call my friends when I’m bored, then meet at a park within 15 minutes. This was back in middle and high school though, when we were essentially jobless. But now, everyone has their own shit.

But I hate how difficult it is to plan things now. Say I wanna go see a movie. I message my group chat. Half of us just don’t want to see the movie. A quarter never see the message, or don’t reply. Then there’s 2 left, and the next time you are free at the same time is 3 weeks from now, when the movie already leaves cinemas.
